Animated dynamic paint with cycles

I am doing an animated presentation in blender about Wacom Bamboo.
I have used dynamic paint to track where the stylus has touched the active area of the graphics tablet and now I am trying to render that in cycles. I have found some useful tips, so I baked the paint and used it as a texture in cycles.
However, with that method I can only acheave the paint to apply as a single still image, instead of an animation of images.
Can you please help me?
