I’d like feedback on some draft animations I made. These are very much works in progress:
The third video is the last few seconds of the scene in the second video. Also, the third video is about 19 seconds long but only the first 5 seconds show the scene’s animation. The rest of the video is the characters remaining still. When I rendered the second video, I made the end frame too earlier and in the third I made it too late.
The second/third video is a remake of an animation I asked for feedback on in the past: Animation: People at a Meeting
I’m mostly looking for feedback about the motion and acting of the characters. Sometimes the way they move their arms looks kind of robotic and I’m not sure how to improve it. In the first video when the character walks from 0:19 to 0:22 the motion doesn’t look right to me.
There are issues I’m aware of like hands intersecting the table or other character’s arms. When they shake hands at 0:24 in the first video I realize that one character’s thumb moves too quickly. I also know that the animation of the character holding a pencil and putting it back down in the second video doesn’t look right.
I suspect I don’t move the character’s heads enough, and don’t have them lean forward and backward enough, but I’m not sure.
