annoying shiny faces in the BGE

i´m making this U.S. Marine helmet, but every time i press P it gets shiny:(. WHY?:confused:

disable the use blender materials . , or alter its settinges

Go to material buttons and reduce specular.

but when i assign it to a material it looses its uv´s. what am i doing wrong?

material => map input => change into UV .

the UV is next to Orco .
