I know there is Magpie, but I want something capable of automatic analysis - like ToonBoom or that l3d plugin. Can anyone help?

Miscrosoft provides a free upgrade to your speach system on windows xp. You can use it for speach to text in ms office and so on. Also ut2004 contains some integrated software for in game speach to bots.
