Hey, just started on this today and hit a wall on what to do to improve this… I think it needs a subject just not sure what…

The house on the right looks as if it should be the subject, but then you have that building. those ate both fighting for attention. then you have the sun flare on the right. My oinion, get rid of the house on the left, and also the sun on the right and make the building the subject. Or you could crop ot the large building and leave the closeup as is.
