Any one can help me with TGA files

i am using google translate
hello i am a beginner in blender .
i downloaded a 3d model with textures and i import it in blender 2.79
and when i was going to place the textures in the model i found a tga files
here is a screen shot :

i do not know what to do with them so can any one help ?

Open one tga file in blender image viewer or any software you have like photoshop. Its just a sequence of images, im not too sure why that is.

These are probably not textures, its just a rendered image sequence i guess.

I did not know about this Image Viewer, just spent about a half an hour trying to figure out how to do this but I am not getting it to work.
From what I figured out so far, this is done in the compositor, turned on use nodes, found the viewer node in output, but that’s as far as I got.
Can’t figure out how to open images.
Should I delete the nodes that are there by default? I did.

If you wouldn’t mind giving a workflow on how to do this, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks.

Ok, just figured out how to how to do this, have not spent much time in the compositor.
I was able to open multiple images, is there a way to cycle through multiple images by hotkey?
Also, is there a way to have the images open to the image default size?
Thanks.
Hopefully this will be helpful for PRO_GAMER also, were he is a blender beginner.
Wow…15 years old, good luck in your 3D endeavors!

  1. Open the image in any picture viewing program to see what it is. (Photoshop/ gimp/ krita/ windows photo viewer)

  2. See whats inside, these are probably not the textures you want. If its the textures for the model, they wont be in sequence.

  3. Download a different model if possible

Thanks for the reply, know how use image editors, use Affinity Photo, but wanted to learn how to use the image viewer in blender.
Still trying to figure out how to cycle through multiple images opened in the blender image viewer by hotkey. lol
If anyone knows, that would be great.
Thanks.

I never had the need to view multiple images in blender- why do you even want to do that?

Those look like textures for a Lara Croft figure.
Cant tell if its a regular 3D figure or from Poser or DAZ.
Can you tell us more about it?
