Any recommendation for my anatomy cartoon characters?

HI there!

I have been practicing sculpting cartoon characters head.
Im happy with my first impressions, but, i dont obtain the result that i want.

I see very references and looks very stilyzed, meanwhile my sculpt looks a little inflate/puffy.

I has been made very models, but always looks about the same. So, i suposed that my mistakes is in this areas:

But i dont know…
A third opinion about will be very helpful
