Any way get Color adjustment working with ACES color space?

My Windows and programs are set to use ACES color space from environmental variables:

It is common problem that then color adjustment (color wheel) is not working then.

Getting only more for white color brightness, but every time color change when moving this.

Is there any way to get this working? This have been problem at east year now.

In the config.ocio set the Color Picker to
color_picking: Output - ACES - ACEScg
