Welcome!

Could you show the character you are trying to model? That would help see what needs to be done.

There are some things I can say based on the images.

  • The big cylinder pieces on the neck and chest have some weird shading at their base. There is likely a rear face that hidden inside the torso and the smooth shading is causing weird results because of that. You could fix that either by deleting the back face that’s hidden inside the body, or by setting those objects to shade auto-smooth so the corners stay sharp.

  • The belt is perfectly horizontal and rigid looking. If it’s meant to be a flexible belt, it would curve and follow the shape of the body a bit.

  • The side view looks quite bulky and square. Do you have a side view of the character? It would be useful for shaping the torso from that view.

  • You should keep going and add the arms and legs before fully evaluating the model. The areas around them will be easier to shape and define once the model is complete.

First thanks for your answer.
For the character it is iron man model 1 armor from the comic

  • for the belt yeah it mak esense original i just didnt what to do with it in some rendition the belt seem to be into the armor and in some other to be like an actual belt

like adding the leg and arm in a “blocking way” or in a more finished way if that make sense?

aniway thx again for your answer

I see, this explains a lot. Then, the rigid belt is completely fine, don’t change it.

Considering that the arms and legs are actually detached pieces, you could just make a blocking of them and adjust the shape of the torso so the sockets for them will fit.

Did start to make a blocking and edit a few thing

The arms seem to fit, though you will have to figure out a working joint between them and the body, which could be a little challenge. The legs will need to be shaped to their correct proportions before the hip joint can be made.

The mechanical joints are going to be the real challenge. A lot of the reference images look like they just didn’t bother making it plausible. For a 3D model, it would probably be easiest to find an image where the parts can actually move and stick with that one version.
