Any way to add "edge loops" in multiple similar objects in a particular position for each?

So there’s multiple “truss” objects (rectangular long rods) arranged in a C shape.

I have to add edge loops in all of them in a particular place for each.

Is there a way to add that without doing it manually one by one?

My plan was to make a line of the shape i need, extrude it in z axis and then seperate it. And then use Boolean to transfer that exact shape to my truss objects. But the boolian seems to just delete parts of the objects themselves instead jus intersecting it like i want it to.

Any thoughts?

Link them all- Ctrl L- add a loop to one of them. Boom, loop on all of them :slight_smile:
