AO prob

I want to make an ambient occlusion bake but blender keeps doing it badly , has anyone go an clue why there are black bits where there shouldend be


Hrm… it almost looks like you stopped it before it finished baking. How long did it take to generate this bake?

Looks to me like your normals are flipped on the black triangles.

I had a problem like that when I was baking my textures on a mesh. It turned out it was because there were two sets of geometries overlaping one another. This is only visible in the UV editor if all the vertices are selected on the model.
