This is amazing! I love the details on the lamp rim and the curtains.
Only thing, the panel on the right seems a bit flat compared to the rest and the chimney seems to pop out abruptly from the roof.
That kills the realism in my opinion, but if you look only at the left/centre of the render could be easily be a photo

Can i ask how do you achieve that realistic lighting?
When i try to light with an HDR the outside is bright and burns out
and the room inside is pretty dark.
