Applying Bones To Mesh?

Hey Everyone,

I have an important question, is it possible to apply the mesh that you altered using bones, to the mesh, so that when you select it in Edit mode, it will look the it does when in Object mode? Thanks!

Sure it is. Make a cube, subdivide it a few times. Make a two bone armature in the middle of the cube. Now parent the cube to the armature, CTRL-P Make parent to armature use bone heat. Now go into pose mode and rotate the top bone so your cube leans over. Now look in the modifier stack of the cube. Click “make real” next to armature parent deform. Now hit apply on the modifier.
