Hi, I just finished this project primarily focused on light caustics.
Originally I was using the water and a submerged spotlight to produce caustics on the underside of the arch, but found this cheat actually looked better in the end. It’s a really neat trick, video here: (1) Easy Caustics in Blender! - YouTube
Otherwise, ocean modifier for the water, and my usual trick with a gradient driven emission for a fog volume (you can see that in the distance).
This looks really lovely, i love bridges. Getting nice-looking caustics is not exactly a trivial matter. Keep up the good work! And thank you for sharing the video link.
