Architectal exterior render

Hi, Blender users.
this structure is under Construction. (prefabricated steel structure).
I rendered this in the NAK (Naghesh Khak) Architecture group with Blender,Cycles.

some of the detail:
*Ashplant has an adaptive subdivision.
*a random produceorial grunge texture that is stronger near the ground level for walls.
*random color of leaves, trees.
*exterior is fully illuminated by HDRI.
*and so much more.
I like to know your opinion, which one is better?
