Archviz of modular Rowhouse

Hi Everyone,

our edelVIZ team has created these images for Spreehaus a building company in Berlin. They are building a house for you on your plot - not they have started to give you flexible options for the same footprint/plinth of the house. So we had to create three house variations inside the same environment.

Blender 3.3 LTS, Cycles, Blenderkit and Botanique assets, Nuke and Photoshop for post processing

Hope you like our images and am looking forward to feedback!

We are still struggeling to find a way to create distributed renders in cycles (several computers rendering on the same frame at the same time - Like VRay distributed Rendering). We had tried to use BlendFarm, which basically works really great - but you can not save a layered (exr) output but only a PNG which is not an option for us.

Would love to get some inputs on this also - this is our biggest problem while rendering with cycles.

Thanks and all the best from the edelVIZ team

p.s.: We are always looking for new clients/projects - if anyone needs a visualization or some help with an existing project, we would love to pitch in!

HI Johnatan!
Great job with the framing using shadow and greenery to showcase the building’s variations.
I would suggest using more visible depth of field in your camera to add more depth to the image, and to avoid making everything look too crisp  I understand that it is the client’s work and in the end he decides what he wants, so I think you did a great job!
I am looking forward to seeing more

Hi @3Dshaker - thanks for your kind words.

I found that most of our clients are not too fond of the DOF being too shallow - but thanks for the feedback!
The crispness is probably more CamRaw in Photoshop then out of the render directly.

Thanks again and all the best,
Jonathan

p.s.: I have seen some of your furniture collections on Blendermarket, and your models are AMAZING - this has only been our 2nd commectial project in Blender(coming from Modo+Vray), but once we get into blender-interiors as well, I am sure we are going to buy quiet a bit of your amazing models!

I featured you on BlenderNation, have a great weekend!
