The company I work for unfortunately only use 3DS Max and Maya. As a Blender user, I have to memorize certain shortcuts and familiarize myself to the UI.
The techniques are exactly the same but the ways to do them are different.

Hi, dunno about Max/Maya UI but there is a Keymap called “Industry Compatible”.
https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/interface/keymap/industry_compatible.html
You can set it in the Preferences in Blender 2.8.
Ctrl+Alt+Q toggel quad view like Max.
Cheers, mib
I have never heard of a Blender keymap and UI for 3Ds Max. I am not sure how flexible their system is. But really, you should ask that question on a Max forum, probably.
I’m dumb I should just use both software side by side problem solved as I realized you can export/import models
