Hello! I’m attempting to export an animation from Blender as an armature FBX for import to Unreal Engine. Granted I haven’t done this in a while on my desktop at home, but I’m pretty sure it shouldn’t take 15 minutes to export a 60 frame animation. Any ideas on what could be causing this? I’ve tried exporting meshes and that seems to work out just fine. For some reason it only happens when I try to export just the armature. I’ve also tried running the program as administrator and that seemed to make no difference whatsoever.
Yeah, I noticed that as well. I ended up exporting via dae then importing that into maya only to be exported as fbx. Definitely not the solution you were looking for. Just wanted to let you know not to feel alone!
