Assign wooden material to a Metaball Mesh?

Hi! I am trying to assign a wooden material using a tutorial on youtube. I have assigned the material successfully to other objects but when I assign same material to a meta-ball (converted to a mesh then decimated), it didn’t reflect. The same material is assigned to the wooden plank, you can see in the image on the left. I will share the node setup here and the result. Help!

Metaballs don’t/can’t have UV coordinates. If you want, try using generated or object coordinates instead. (Not sure off the top of my head what’s best for “sphere” mapped textures. Although it’s probably not UV anyways, not without a special made UV map.)

If you want, you can UV map any metaballs that have been converted to mesh and then UV map the metaball. Most things that start life as mesh objects get some default UV, while metaballs-to-meshes probably don’t get UV until you actually make it for them.
