Aston Martin Lagonda asked our university course of Industrial Design to create a livery for one of their cars to be presented and used for Hot Laps at several F1 GPs.
To have a better feeling for the shapes and surfaces of the Vantage, I modeled the car’s exterior in blender, unwrapped it and started painting on it…
I tried to create as much ideas as possible, to then select, what I like most and what suits the car the best. Finally I chose this one:
My design was selected to actually being wrapped on a Vantage, and I got the chance to see it IRL driving it on the circuit, which was an amazing experience:smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
