Atomic Structure Animation

Hello Blender Artists,

I have a small paying job that needs a quick turnaround. Here are three images that demonstrate molecular structure. I need someone who can animate images one through three.

First image is colored spheres. The second image shows how connecting rods grow out from the spheres and connect them. Third image, the connecting rods contract, spheres move into new position, new rods grow out making new configuration.

I would need the blender file when completed.

Please let me know what your rate is for the job as well as how quickly you can turn it around.
