Here are the latest renders i’ve done so far. Still few things to do: materials for tail lights, rubber, wipers, visible interior etc.
How do you guys do the tires ?
I’m wrapping another object on top of the base mesh but it looks off.
Principle is the same, make one chunk of the looping pattern and wrap it around with array modifier. Of course you can model only bumps of the tire and place it on top of the base mesh as i think you did, but its better to make it one solid mesh, example below.
You can ask Scalix , his tires looks a way better than mine.
