Auto create thumbnail pose library

Trying auto create thumbnail for the pose library.
It works only when selecting a thumbnail nothing happens poses are not switching.
Anyone who got this working for blender 2.8 with auto create thumbnails.

I can’t make the plugin show up in the list after installation

With this add-on, you can only add thumbnails in the armature properties panel.
For 2.79 you could auto create thumbnails.
Wish to see more 2.8x tools for 3d animators.

I updated Pose Library Thumbnails.
I implemented automatic thumbnail rendering function.
In addition, the pose library list can be made into buttons to help more motion production work.
