Auto-Rig Pro Quick Rig limbs and fingers wrong orientation

I’m trying to create a control rig for a skeleton that already exists, but i’m having some issues when i generate the final rig with Auto-Rig Pro Quick Rig.

Some of the issues are:

  • Controllers not aligned with bones (they look woobly or face the wrong direction);
  • Rig properties, such as bend all fingers or ik stretch don’t work properly;

Here’s how the skeleton generated by the add-on looks like.
They do not match the original skeleton, this happens with “preserve skeleton” and “create new skeleton” options.

Both hands have these fingertips pointing at the bottom or top, legs are not facing forwards and the pelvis is rotated 90º
