Auto scaling and rigging

When i create rig it was small so have to scale it up.
Then i was applying rotation and scale
and got this

I am really stuck here. i am following this Here

Scaling a rigged mesh is not a good idea! If you scale the rig only the model will scale anyway, so scaling both causes problems. Also it is never a good idea to scale in Object Mode, scale in Edit mode and if you must scale things, disconnect the mesh from the armature first then re-parent it.

Why did you scale this anyway?

Without seeing your blend file I can’t comment further, so post it here and I will take a look.
