Automated message to remind users to add posts to their tags

Hello,
One other small thing that I noticed, is that when I am posting in Support > Server Migration Issues I am not getting the private message from @bartv that I used to, reminding me to add tags.

Not sure if this just isn’t enabled for Support > Server Migration Issues, or if this is a site-wide issue.

Aren’t tags optional?

Tags are optional, but previously if you published a post without tags, an automated message from @bartv recommended that you edited your post to include tags. To help with indexing and search.
