Automatic Weighs Problem

I have a low poly humanoid demon. I created an armature with working inverse kinematics, but problems started when parenting the mesh to the armature. Torso was looking and working fine, head too, but when i moved a bone in the left hand, exact part of the right hand started to deform badly. When i moved the same bone in the RIGHt hand however, the hand did not move. The biggest problems were the legs, which just got deformed very badly on the start. Cant post attachments yet, so i can send pics on discord ( TonkTimeBois #2381 ) or just dm me well fogure it out. PLEASE HELP
