I really like the style of this. Is this Grease Pencil with an NPR Eevee render or full 3D assets? Or a little of both?

It’s little bit of both everything. All the objects are 3d. There are some flat color textures on objects with same texture darkened for shadows (so there are only hard shadows on “anime” objects. Little bit of AO and soft shadows added in post). Everything rendered in EEVEE and grease pencil used as lineart modifier for hand + same for background objects but blurred and lower opacity
