AUV (Autonomous Underwater Vehicle) render for a friend's final engineering project

Title says it all. While the image is imperfect, I’m calling it done and most likely won’t be going back to change anything.


Most of the parts of the robots are imported STL files from a Solidworks assembly (messy messy). The wiring, screws and attachments are custom models made in blender. Of course, all rendering, post processing, etc is done in blender, with the exception of some slight blur behind the main thrusters which was done in gimp.

Now back to working on my personal projects.
