Looks good, but I think the lighting looked better in the previous one, did you use displacement for the hair & beard?

It looks really good!
The best use of toonshader I’ve seen!
On the last render you over expose(I’m not sure on what you call it in english, the white has no shades) I think you should try a render with less bright lights, and maybe try to use curves in gimp to get the effect you want, just to see what you can do.
