Your character isn’t very good detailed…but if it’s just for a 65*65 avatar, it’s not important. Your thunders are too regular (the twice are the same, exactly…)
It’s an avatar, so the important is that it pleases you !! 
Some suggestions:
Tweak the Spec and Hard value to get a more realistic skin
Increase the subsurf amount to smooth the mesh
Maybe tweak the lighting
