Really nice renders!

I’m curious about how exactly you created the asphalt material with tire marks though. Is it hand-painted?

Googled something like “tire marks top down” or “race track corner top view”, increased the contrast to isolate the black lines on white background and just put that into a MixRGB as the factor which mixes the asphalt texture and black color.

“tire marks texture” also gives some good search results

edit You could also mix it into the bump/roughness if its a thick or fresh layer of rubber, since it literally is 2 different materials on top of each other.
