it would seem to be about 8 min. behind.
right after you refresh the page, scroll all the way to the bottom, and note the time zone.
it will say something like (for me)
“All times are GMT -5. The time is now XX:XX”
then, go to google, and search for GMT time.
factor in the time zone. (-5, or whatever)
i get a difference of about 8 minutes. 
So it is, hehehe.

Ahhh, this is the typical problem that only 1 guy can do anything about it and he is never around anyway.

Sheesh, makes me wonder why my computer’s clock is accurate right down to the millisecond? It must be some little program that checks into the “atomic clock” every so often, I forget the name of it. As a bit of an aside, I have not had to adjust my Swiss Army Watch save for when the battery runs out! It doesn’t display milliseconds, so I really can not be sure if it is totally accurate.
