It reminds me of the enemies from Blizzards Diablo series.
It has nothing to do with Baba Jaga or Hellboy, who has horns sown off, as it’s a plain typical zombie. Well done as it is, I recommend more reading on the subject and less Dead Men Walking
I would assume it’s based on Baba Yaga from the 2019 movie.
