great image. IMO it could use some translucence on the ears where they are thin. I have no idea how to do that in cycles though.
Ha. I like it. It might give me nightmares, but I like it.
The only things that stick out to me are the areas around the ribs and navel - they seem a bit flat, but that could just be me. Is it a hi-to-lo res bake?
Also, I like the eyes.
