Backbuf Visibility

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to use a baclbuf image. I can see other modeled objects thru a glass plane that I have, but not the backbuf. Is there a setting I should be using to allow the backbuf image to be seen thru glass panes?

You have to click the backbuf button in the render buttons -> output panel. The path/name of the image is in the second pulldown in the same panel. You have to use ztrans for the windows and not ray transparency.



I love this forum…Thanks GreyBeard. For a while I thought it couldn’t be done, and was getting ready to move on to a UV mapped image plane.

BTW…would an image plane be any better suited?
