am following a tutorial, but my backdrop is missing, although thicked :rolleyes:
can somebody help me out??
You need to add a Viewer node. The backdrop that is displayed is what the last selected viewer node is seeing.
Otherwise how would you know what part of a node tree to show as the backdrop ?
sorry but i have no clue, am completely new to this, always tried to avoid this node stuff puzzles;)
but i have to face them, i admit…
added a Viewer node , but now i have this cross coming up, Looks i make a bad start with node Editor

Looking at your render layers node, it looks like you haven’t yet rendered your scene so the compositor has got no information to process
ok thanks, I think i have to restart from Zero with this compositor… sorry to bother
