My first thought was “yup, that’s Bag End.” Great job!
For the background, have you considered a night scene? This would make an awsome night scene!
i think it could use some more clutter, but other than that, its nice 
Perhaps adjust the lighting? Since Bag End is in a hill it wouldn’t be that brightly lit as it currently is. Also, I would suggest taking an off-white color for the walls, right now they look a bit clinical.
If you just continue working on it I’m sure the end product will turn out to be amazing!

That is assuming that it is bilbo’s house, in which case there are many things wrong with it. Technically speaking, not as far as composition is concerned
