Bake Ambient Occlusion not finishing?

I have some objects that aren’t finishing the AO bake. It ends up with a number of quads that never get information or don’t finish with what I assume is a post process.

It does seem to work fine on other objects in the file, so I know it can work.

Any thoughts?

Make sure all face normals are pointing correctly
Remove doubles (W / remove doubles) and then recalculate normals (Ctrl+N)
