Baking Multiple Materials in Blender, Metallic problems

Hi! Im trying to bake all my texture and materials into one material and one texture. This worked fine for every object except the ones which includes metal. I cant figure out this issue, i suspect i would have to extract the metall UV map through another option than diffuse when baking, but maybe there is another way? Take a look at the pictures below. I am adding a image texture file in each material node, then baking all those textures on to this image texture, but the metal seem to be dilluted or damaged in the process.




Didnt notice the lack of texture in the roof before posting here either, any fix to this? Possible the same?
