I made a Stone in Blender using the Biscet Tool.
I made a HighPoly Version and baked out of it my normal via “from selected to active”.
Now for my diffuse I tried the same process, but the because the different UVs that seems not to work.
So I want to bake it directly. But the baked Texture is nearly completely black. In Render Mode it looks fine.
