Baking UV Map / UVProject?

I’m not sure how to formulate this as a question. What I want to do is be able to use the clone brush on the part of the mesh i circled (not the camera) and not have it mess with the other parts of the mesh. Somebody told me it would be possible, but it would require baking and a UV map. Please help :expressionless:

I don’t want to use the workflow where you save multiple doctored images. I want to doctor everything in 3D using the clone brush. Thank you.
