Character design for my next 3D scene : it is a pub in London and i need a guy carying beers on a tray for his friends.

His shoulders look a little stiff, I would lower them (at the collar bone). Otherwise he looks pretty good.

either this dude is enormous or those drinks he’s carrying definitely are not full pints. The glasses are way too small

Oops i used 33cl glasses (https://www.decodistrib.com/verres-a-bierechopes-a-biere/228-verre-a-biere-33cl-brotto.html) height = 16,5 cm but you are right : in a pub I better use pints served at the tap 
From that angle it looks better. Might’ve just been the angle in the original render that made it look off to me.
