basegui.ppl ???

Hello. I have got a small problem with blender. When I start Blender, a small box appears saying: There was a problem starting basegui.ppl The specified procedure could not be found.

But when I close the box, blender just runs normally(I think).
I already reinstalled Blender, but the box still comes up.

You’ve probably figured it out by now but I believe it’s a Kaspersky Internet Security problem–lots of posts about it on their website.
