BAT (Blender Asset Tracer) - Can someone make this into an addon?

There’s this awesome toolset called BAT:

I’ve gotten it working in CLI. But it would be much easier to use as a Blender addon that we can manually install and use from within Blender.
Someone has already done it, as you can see in this video:

But I have scoured the internet for this addon .zip file and cannot find it.
So does anyone know where it is?
Or is anyone willing to create this as an addon for the Blender community to use?
