Beautiful - but how are you some massively productive?! Tell us your secret! 
I’m for the last 5 years doing 3D all days and I love it. Im lucky and it is my job too. This constant practice gave me velocity.
These last days I’m working at day and when my family go to sleep I return to the Pc to do personal projects. These projects are very fast to do, easy model and shading, I focus them in lighting and postpo and I do each one in 2 hours aprox.

Thank you so much for your answer! I do only personal projects as I’m not a professional so it takes me way longer - and only at nighttime, when the family is sleeping! . But I decided to build up a proper (paid) asset pack anyways… that will speed up my workflow!
