Good modeling, I guess it was not performed in Blender, and I guess also that it was rendered in Eevee.

If I may tell, I find the skin material a bit too translucent, you can see the nostrils get too red, and around the brows the green effect given by their proximity.

Nice style anyway!

Very nice work! Although for the sweater, I do recommend using a tangent space normal map instead of the bump map node unless you’re going to upscale and then down-res, as the bump node causes aliasing in Eevee otherwise

Yes
Modeling is done in Zebrach, and as I mentioned above, textures and materials and rendering are done in blenders by eevee rendering engine
The red color on the nose is slightly affected by ambient light
and where is the green color?

I guess this was due to the use of subsurfaces in principled PSDF shader

That’s what I told, a little too much, or with a too wide radius.
