The bee is great, it looks simple but with personality, i really like it!
About the other one, looks good the hand looks really cartoon-real, but you should post a new thread for it.

Wow…I love this style of modeling. I really like how you did the face. Would asking for a tutorial on how to make faces like this be to much to ask?(After all you seem really busy with making this…Seriously)

To Bee modeling process, is very simple,
1…draw in a piece of paper to find better style
2…use Sculpt tool in blender
3…retopo
4… have fun !!!
