Best Way to Round Corners on this Object?

Hi I have a curb and I would like to round the corner as illustrated (getting rid of the blue ‘bevel weight’ area). What is the best way to do this?

Using a Bevel modifier only rounds it off to a certain point (see attached), and then no matter what value I input it just stays the same.

I’ve tried sculpting but the results are messy. I’m at a loss.
