Better human weight painting?

So the movie project is slowly moving forward, with the third draft. I am in fact already thinking about the improvements planned in my fourth draft. One is a better human rig. But right now, my issue is learning about proper human rig weight painting. Not the anatomy, got that, and not the technical knowledge of weight paints, got that, too. I am hoping someone knows some really nice and DETAILED tutorials about how to set the weight paints specifically to make a human rig/model animate really well. Does anyone know some??
